"The Saint James Infirmary Blues" can similarly be fit into this melody. This set of ballads in which the singer describes his own funeral have been a fixation of mine for a while.

At one point I wrote a Kaddish Blues to approximately this melody, and also a "don't bury me, cremate" song.
